Was very disappointed as I was charged $60 and the problem wasn't fixed. They told me to buy a replacement filter and it would work. I did this and still it didn't work. I called Dyson to have them fix it (which I didn't want to do before as I would be without it for over a week) they said we should check it isn't blocked over the phone before they will collect it. They talked my through the process- which was simply to remove the head of the Hoover and check for blockages. There was a bread clip caught in there which was stopping the suction. Clearly Oxford had not even bothered to check the airways... All for $60 dollars. Rip off
